America former President Barack Obama has again this year shared with us his favorite songs of 2022.
Obama wrote on his Instagram and Twitter page “I always enjoy sharing my end of year music playlist with all of you — and this year we heard a lot of great songs. Here are some of my favorites,” . He added “Are there any songs or artists I should check out?”).
As continuation to his posts about his adventures in the worlds of movies and books this year, Barack Obama followed through Friday with a list of his 25 favorite songs of 2022. While there are many familiar favorites American artists like Lizzo’s “About Damn Time” and Beyoncé’s “Break My Soul”.
In the list are also popular Nigerian Afro stars Rema with his song “Calm down”, Burna boy’s “Last Last” and Ayra Starr’s “Rush”.
Remember last year Rema also made it into Obama’s favorite music list. This show again the level of acceptance of Afro music worldwide.
